Revised Freight House headed back to Buffalo planners

Revised Freight House

The Buffalo Planning Board was presented with a slightly tweaked version of the Freight House Landing Project that was reviewed last January 28, 2014.

There were some minor changes from the revised plan including the initial plan of having four elevators down to two and moving the building a few feet more to the north.

Project developer, Sam Savarino said “The changes are relatively minor, but they came from suggestions and input that we really took to heart.”

Before starting the construction, it is important that the revised plan is approved by the planning board as it is its final step in order to start the development.

The project should be tenant-ready by early next year according to Savarino.

The project includes 64 one-bedroom units and 14 two-bedroom apartments.
