If they filed a change of address with the post office, the letter will be returned with the new address on it. From there, standard collection techniques of mailing / small claims court. One thing you don't want to do is call multiple times a day. You aren't bound by FDCPA in most instances, but that could be considered harassment. Consult your attorney for more information on what you can and can't do in your state.
