		<description>My suggestion would be send a letter to the apartment they were living in with ADDRESS SERVICE REQUESTED written on the envelope.  If they filed a change of address with the post office, the letter will be returned with the new address on it.  From there, standard collection techniques of mailing / small claims court.  One thing you don&#039;t want to do is call multiple times a day.  You aren&#039;t bound by FDCPA in most instances, but that could be considered harassment.  Consult your attorney for more information on what you can and can&#039;t do in your state.</description>
