Happy Festivus! If you are unfamiliar with the tradition of Festivus, please read up on the tradition over at Wikipedia.  My friends and I have celebrated this tradition for a few years now, and it makes every year that much more … interesting.  It’s the traditions that keep us strong, no matter what the holiday.

I spent yesterday out and about with my friend Pat who is home on leave from the Army, doing some holiday shopping and seeing a few friends.  I had a chance to snap a couple photos with my (bad) camera phone, and I thought I would share for my out of area friends and colleagues.  In addition, congratulations to my friend Kate over at Faded Words on the publishing of her first book!  Images below can be clicked for full size.
