A Clarence housing park aimed at adding senior housing will more than likely be given the green light to add approximately 70 additional homes. Paul Stephen has made plans to develop a separate road for construction vehicles to use, which will hopefully prevent too much dust and dirt on the public use roads, as well as reduce noise pollution in the area. In addition, construction will only be able to take place from 7am to 7pm Monday through Friday, with limited hours on Saturday and no construction taking place on Sunday.
