Making sure that a tenant leaves a unit in good condition when they move out should be a priority for any landlord. The more work the tenant does, the less work the landlord has to do. Providing the tenant with a detailed and explicit list of cleaning instructions and move out procedures gives them a step by step guide to follow, and allows them to understand exactly what the landlord is looking for. I’ve included a sample Move Out Cleaning Instruction and Procedure for your use.
